Whitehawk Field Names

PLEASE NOTE: The field names at Whitehawk have been changed from WHK 1 to WHK 1N, and WHK 2 to WHK 1S. The fields are the same, this change only affects the naming in the ENSA system to be consistent with all organizations. Schedules reflect the new names; please be sure to pass the word along.

YOU MUST USE THE RESCHEDULE REQUEST FORM, AVAILABLE ON THE MENU AFTER YOU LOG IN. CHECK WITH YOUR CLUB REGISTRAR IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION. RESCHEDULE REQUESTS SUBMITTED ANY OTHER WAY WILL BE IGNORED!

 

TOYOTA CUP and Reschedules!

We would like to encourage all teams to play TOYOTA CUP on the weekend of Oct 8-10.  If you plan on playing TOYOTA CUP, you will not be charged for a reschedule for any games from Thursday OCT 7 through and including Monday Oct 11, provided you make your request by Saturday Sept 18.

Cancellations/Terminations or Reassignments

Cancelation or termination of any game by anyone other than the referee or reassignment of fields or referees for any reason may only come from the Competition Coordinator (402-616-6697), the Referee Assignor (402-597-2426) or the League President (402-490-6231).   ENSA does not have any official representation assigned permanently at any City field for either referees or games.

Fines Reminder for Fall 2010

No flags- $10.00
No net- $25.00
Forfeit-This consists of either - not showing up for a game or not notifying the completion coordinator of a schedule change 72 hours in advance of your game. Forfeit fines are - $25.00 first game, $50.00 second game, $100.00 third game and every additional game there after
Improper notification of the 72 hours rule could result in the above fines plus referee fees.
 

Substitutions Ruling

The following are the rules for substitutions for the state (NSSA).
 
For U13 and above youth games, any number of players may be substituted:
a.    Prior to a throw-in in your favor (only the team with the throw-in)
b.    Prior to a goal kick by either team
c.    After a goal, by either team
d.    After an injury, by either team, when the referee stops play
e.    At half-time.
f.  No substitution on penalty kicks
For small-sided games, less than eleven players:
a.    Either team may substitute any number of players at any stoppage
b.    No substitutions on penalty kicks
The referee may decide to not allow a substitution on a free kick, if it takes away an advantage.
 
Referees do not have authority to change any of these rules.  Referees must follow USSF rules unless modified by the league.
